Loss Prevention
With our extensive experience in offshore operations, we understand the unique challenges of maintaining safety and efficiency in this demanding environment. Recently, one of our clients called upon us for immediate assistance to monitor and calculate the bunker quantity transfer from Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) to a drillship, 35 miles offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
Within just three hours, our team was onboard the OSV, fully prepared and ready to protect our client’s best interests. Over the course of the 24-hour transfer from the OSV to the drillship, we carefully monitored the operation. After intense calculations we discovered a discrepancy — our client had been under delivered approximately 20MT (roughly 5,283 gallons) at nearly $4 per gallon.
Thanks to our quick intervention, we were able to prevent this loss, saving our client approximately $21,000 USD. Let us support your operations and help ensure the continued success of your offshore ventures. Our expertise and dedication are here to protect your bottom line.
